A six-month, practice-connected leadership development pathway
The Advanced Leadership Capability Canvas™ provides the full Deliberate GRACE™ learning pathway through facilitated workshops, short Learning Studios, Strategic Micro-Action Palettes, implementation resources, deliberate practice, reflection and field application.
Across two connected learning arcs, leaders deepen the capabilities and practices required to lead authentically, respond strategically under pressure, build trust and credibility, interrogate data, strengthen strategic rigour and coherence, communicate with clarity, navigate consequential conversations, attend to personal, practice and cultural equilibrium, and develop others while distributing leadership responsibility with greater precision.
The learning moves deliberately between understanding, application and return. Leaders work with the real demands of their role, select practices relevant to their context, test them in the field and return to reflect, refine and strengthen what they are learning.
The result is not leadership learning that sits alongside the work. It is leadership development designed to become increasingly visible in the way leaders think, decide, communicate and lead.

The weekly Strategic Micro-Action Palettes allow leaders to select small, deliberate practices aligned with their role, experience and current leadership priorities. Each micro-action is manageable within a busy week, while repeated application and reflection strengthen leadership capabilities and habits over time.

In the space between intention and impact lie the real ethical, strategic and practical demands of improvement. It is where strategies can lose coherence, become diluted, encounter unexamined conditions or simply fail to reach the students they were intended to serve.
Grounded in the Rigour pillar of Deliberate GRACE™, the Eight Dimensions provide a coherent thinking architecture that helps leadership teams interrogate data, surface assumptions, examine existing conditions and work through the practical and logistical requirements beneath their plans.

An advanced masterclass for site leaders and executive teams
Untested assumptions can undo leadership, both strategically and relationally. A leader notices a pattern, hears part of a story or encounters resistance, and an explanation begins to form.
Left unexamined, that explanation hardens into certainty, shaping what is noticed, what is overlooked and how the leader responds.
In the space between holding high expectations and offering genuine care lies the demanding craft of consequential dialogue. Leaders cannot protect trust by looking away from misalignment, nor can they lead fairly when assumptions are treated as fact. This masterclass asks leaders to hold both: the responsibility to address misalignment and the humility to test what they think they know.

Site leaders are connected to their team's learning throughout the program. The impact of the learning can be further enhanced by providing a weekly half-hour reflection space for each participant. We also recommend fortnightly check-ins with your team.

When offered for aspiring leaders, the learning is delivered through a more concise online format, with participants applying the learning independently within their current context.

A 10% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The Advanced Leadership Capability Canvas fees are invoiced per term. For intensives and masterclasses, the remaining balance is invoiced following the face-to-face session or the final session of an online series.
Any additional travel charges are agreed in advance. No GST is currently charged.
